The Four-Day Diet: What to Eat?

While most diets obsessively record what nutrients are included in every single strawberry, in my opinion it’s more important to monitor your overall eating habits. When I was gaining the most weight, I would eat, snack, sleep for 2 hours, and repeat this cycle. I realized that I was abusing my body. When I began to do research, I realized my habits were awful.
I started to change. First I reduced my calorie intake to 1,800 a day, making sure to take even less (1,600 or so) when I was sedentary for most of the day. At first, I ate three huge meals a day, which did not give me the results I needed.
I finally broke free when I began to eat small meals frequently, with a proper balance of nutrition, and stayed away from complex carbs and products with low sugars. I started to change immediately.
