The Brain Musle Workout Program stresses the importance of several
powerful concepts while exercising:
- An Intense brian activity and the positive effects of
multitasking(raising heels and arms at the same time)
- Moderate cardiovascular and muscular activity.
- Neural Plasticity(changing constantly the program).The program will
consist of over 350 exercises structured in 9 progressive levels.
- Progressive Proprioception exercises will strengthen the soft

BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION:John Martin is Professor of Clinical
Neurobiology and Behaviour(in psychiatry)and holds a joint
appointment in the Department of Neurosurgery.He received his Ph.D.
in neurophysiology from columbia University, where he studied spinal
and cortical somatic sensory mechanisms, and subsequently received
postdoctoral training in motor control. |

Before I began using the Brain Muscle Workout series I found that I
was frequently tired during the workday.Since I have been doing the
workouts my energy level has increased dramatically.I have tired
other workout programs before but have never been able to stay with
them.The exercises in Michael's programs are angaginf and make you

I am not as tired at the end of the day when i get home.

I like doing the Brain Muscle Workouts with my mom and sisters. One of
my favorite exercises in the program is the OWL. The more I have done
the workouts the more energy I have.I think it has helped me to play
better for my basketball team.I pay better attention when I am
playing and get les tired running up and down the court.

them to improve my posture and overall strength.I am not in any
